At Lilipad, we are committed to work with integrity in order to serve the communities that we work with to the best of our ability.
Relentless pursuit of impact.
Lilipad has evolved a lot since its launch in January 2017. We have edited the original concept to make it more impactful, sustainable and scalable and we will continue to do so as part of our effort to maximise our social impact. Furthermore, we have started consulting with education experts in order to validate our approach and service.
Transparency.
As Lilipad is steadily growing and becoming more established, we are committed to publishing our numbers on a regular basis in order to keep our community informed at all times. The current team is working exclusively on voluntary basis, therefore all funds we raise go towards our charitable activities or support activities that allow Lilipad to function as an organisation (marketing, legal, event costs, etc.)
Respect & Humility.
While we strive to empower children in vulnerable communities, the true heroes of our projects are and will always be our partner organisations and their staff. They are the ones with the local knowledge and expertise and our work would not be possible without their continuous dedication.
Diversity.
Lilipad has chosen to work with different communities regardless of their origins, religious beliefs or political background. Our selection process for partner organisations is purely based on practical details that operate as guidelines to drive the highest impact.
